The charm of Pizzeria Bianco begins the moment you step inside. The serene ambiance offers a welcome respite in the bustling city, allowing guests to unwind and savor their meals. Patrons frequently rave about the elegant pizzas, each crafted with a perfect crust that’s both crispy and tender. The ingredients are thoughtfully selected, ensuring that each bite is infused with exceptional quality and taste. As one customer noted, the "wise guy" pizza, topped with smoked onions, exemplifies the complexity and care infused into every dish.

One frequent visitor enthusiastically shared their experience, saying they could happily return to order the same dishes again and again.
The welcoming staff contribute to the overall enjoyment, offering a friendly, casual service that enhances the relaxed dining atmosphere. While some guests have noted longer wait times, especially for larger groups, the option to enjoy a drink at the adjacent bar helps to ease the experience. The extensive wine list and selection of draft beers also provide an excellent complement to the robust flavors of the food.
For those with a sweet tooth, the inclusion of Mom’s cookies for dessert is the perfect final touch to an already impressive meal. Pair your pizza with these delectable treats for a satisfying end to a lovely evening.

Great visit to Bianco. This small wood fired pizzeria delivers. Nice salads, elegant pizzas and Mom's cookies for dessert. Nice wine selection, several beers on tap and wines by the glass. The location offers some serenity in the center of the city and a nice plaza to walk before or after your visit.
Finally made it here after wanting to come for years. I should not have waited so long. The staff was casual but very friendly and quick. Food was excellent. I mean Excellent. The antipasto was the most unique mix I've seen, a little Japanese, a little Italian, but I'd happily order it again and again. We tried two pizzas, my only complaint is that I didn't have room to try a third. While it's hard to judge every good pizza I've ever had this was at the top. The crust was near perfection and the sauces were fantastic. The care and craft is obvious. Would happily come here again. Just maybe not wait so long this time...
The pizza was great and I considered myself a pizza connoisseur. I got the wise guy and the smoked onions really added to the complexity. They have a bar in the building next door which provides a good place to wait for seating. The few things about our visit I think they need to improve: we had a group of 10 which are traveling together for work. It was 1hr 15 min wait to get seating and 2 left for another restaurant because of the wait so they sat 8 of us. Not sure where they would have fit 2 more. They probably should have just said they could only seat us in two groups of 5 instead of one group of 10. Thry also do not do separate checks for the same table. They will only split the check 4 ways evenly which makes it difficult to figure out who owes what unless everyone gets the same thing. It's not hard in most point of sales systems to divide by seat so I am a bit annoyed with restaurants who won't divide checks. They are essentially discouraging businesses people from visiting their restaurant. And I spend much more when I am on a business trip than when with family.
I first heard about this place from my aunt, a serious foodie who raved about it years ago when the owner first started making pizzas. This was actually my third visit. They start you off with fresh bread and a special oil that's seriously next-level--I could've just sipped the oil, it was that good. We tried the seasonal appetizer of navel oranges and fennel, which was super refreshing and delicious. As a huge pistachio fan, I had to try the Rosa pizza--and it did not disappoint. It's rich and packed with a unique, memorable flavor. Just a heads-up: if you're planning to get an appetizer, save some room. The pizza is so rich I could only manage one slice! I recommend this spot for a pizza night or a casual date night. The vibe is relaxed but has cool lighting and some really unique artwork that adds to the charm. We did not make a reservation and were able to walk in, but did have some weird interactions with the hostess in the beginning other than that the food was stellar.
The pizza was delicious, and the garden was fresh and beautiful, full of plants. The wait was long, but we were able to wait at the bar. Since we were traveling, we had our little cat with us, and the place is pet-friendly in the garden area.
We had a very enjoyable lunch at Pizzeria Bianco. We heard the waiting lines can get long but we were able to be seated in a very reasonable time. The atmosphere is very comfortable, well decorated with a nice vibe. Our server was very friendly and attentive.
I remember reading an article about the best pizza in the U.S. being in Arizona some years ago and I'm sure my thoughts were like others, how, why? Whats soo great about it? NY pizza Chicago style. But Arizona?? I had my doubts. My first time ever visiting Phoenix though I knew I had to try it and see for myself. Stopped by on a weekday around 2 pm. It wasn't busy but a small place that could fill up fast. The pizza oven easily noticed taking up a large amount of the small space. The menu was simple and offered with sauce vs no sauce options. I was told they rotate some pizzas seasonally so if you have one you like you may not have it again. I've forgotten the name of the pizza I had but I opted for one with some meat and olives on it. Im not a fan of the simple pizzas I want some stuff on it! This pizza was fantastic! To say best in the U.S.? Not in my opinion but, that's what's great about Opinions we all have our own. The crust was perfect. The cheese delightful. I prefer a little more flavor to my sauce but again, that's me. The wine selection was great for a small venue and the bartender knowledgeable about the selections. A single pie was a decent portion for a big guy like myself. If I was hungrier going in I'd of ordered an app as well and been full full. If you've never been to Phoenix you need to try some of this Arizona pizza and decide for yourself if its the best in the U.S.
The pizza was pretty good but the atmosphere is better. The grilled vegetable appetizer was the highlight. Parking is bad and the wait is long so be prepared. There are a few picnic tables outdoors and a small indoor bar where you can purchase drinks as you wait for your table. We waited about 90 minutes on a Saturday night in March. The pizza is fine; you can taste the wood fire in the flavor but the downside is you have a very crispy crust and a wet, floppy interior. I had to roll up the slice like a canzone to get it in my mouth. The toppings were pretty good as well. Keep in mind these are 10" pizzas, so it's probably best to order one per person; keep in mind the average price for a pizza is about 25. Bottom line if you're looking for incredible pizza temper your expectations. If you're looking for a great dining atmosphere with above-average pizza this is the place for you.
